Jordan Peele

Peele came to filmmaking from a decade in sketch comedy and won the Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay with his first feature. His work is built on the fusion of genre mechanics with social critique, and he has been the most significant influence on American horror since Get Out, both as a director and as a producer.
